YE0153 grayscale test chart

Sineimage YE0153 grayscale test chart (11 steps)

The YE0153 grayscale test chart is used to evaluate the halftone reproduction of an electronic camera. Two 11-stage counter-current gray levels are arranged on a gray background (D = 0.75), the gray levels are logarithmically graded

Related to gray density: γ = 0.45

And reflectance value (brightness): γ = 2.2, happens to be the inverse of γ = 0.45.

One of the best gamma-corrected camera output signals produces two 11-graduate inverse current linear step signals. The contrast ratio of the gray scale is 40: 1.

Eleven gray values are as follows:

step density Reflectance in%
1 0.05 89
2 0.13 74
3 0.22 60
4 0.32 48
0.43 37
6 0.55 28
7 0.69 20
8 0.88 13
9 1.06 8
10 1.31
11 1.65 2

The density value is based on BaSo4 = 0. Two black fields and one white field are located between the grayscale, with black field density D> 2.4 (reflectivity <0.5%). White density D = 0.05 (reflectance = 89.9%).

Note: We only support any custom test chart only with high-resolution images and dimensions.
